The creation of averaged languages complied by a special method of averaging vocabularies and grammar rules and norms of related languages has been proposed. The method has been illustrated using examples of the vocabularies of the Turkic,Slavonic and Romance languages. The method is valid for compliting averaged Indian, Iranian, German and so on languages. Political, Juridical, social, cultural and linguistic problems of averaged languages has been Investigated.
